Hi,
In the July / August issue of Clay Times, page 15 there is a photo of a
person using a peacock feather
on a hot pot. The description reads - peacock feather raku. Boni Deal
demo's leaf - print overlays with copper - iron raku glaze. Hawaiian -
Style. Nice photo of the sunset, too! on another topic same issue
there is an article on " Fun With Form " , Wendy Braun's Architectural
vases, she combines forms to make some very interesting shapes. I love
the glaze shown on pg. 46 called Scherzer Red, has anybody heard of
this glaze before? It's C/10 reduction. I'd like to get the receipe and
see if I could get it to fire at C/6 , my temp. Burnt orange -
beautiful. Mike Gordon
