I did it. I finally left AOL - or at least I will very soon - when I get everything changed over.
I have not received ClayArt through AOL since around 4 July. As I wrote before, after calls and chats to aol "customer service, " they still denied it was there problem. I even opened up a new screen name to check out one of the suggestions that was made. It didn't work. So, the experience lit a fire under me and not only am I leaving aol, I decided to splurge and get DSL. The DSL modem arrived today and I'm a happy camper. Through the whole process, the folks at earthlink have been very happy (no monetary or other interest in the company).
