CM, April 2004 on page 45 there is a simple little bowl which has been
glazed with "sharkskin glaze." I find it extraordinarily beautiful.
Does anyone have any idea about this glaze? Not so much a recipe, as
how do you get a glaze to do that. I presumed it was a very thin slip
applied over bone dry piece, but the caption makes one believe that it
is a single application of a glaze.
Insights?
