Rhodes 32 lovers may be interested in another base called "touch of
moon".

I found it many years ago in a CM magazine in an article about an
amazing Canadian potter, Harlan House. I don't know if it was his
recipe. It has been mentioned on clayart too some years ago.

It's a stoney glaze not dissimilar to Rhodes 32, but will give
different color responses since it lacks magnesia, particularly with
cobalt and chrome. From the look of Mel's photos, the surface may not
be quite as sumptuous (a magnesia trait).

It has the same potential for glaze fit problems.
