Hi, I am about to receive an alpine hf series kiln. Someone didn't want it
any more and it was free. I currently am pouring a slab for this beast.
10x10 to put this 3500 pound kiln on. It measures 69 inches by 48 and is 7
feet tall. forced updraft. My question is, does anybody have a suggestion
for housing this beast in new york? I need a structure about 9 ft tall and
would appreciate any input as to how other people house these kilns. Also,
if anybody has a story about the pluses or negatives of this type of kiln.
