There really isn't such a huge issue on teaching the
left handed. Where do your students stand when you're
doing a demo? If they stand at your left side and
look over your shoulder while you're doing a demo,
they 'see' it as however you're throwing.
If people stand opposite you at the wheel, they'll see
it as though left/right positions are reversed.
My experience as a lefty is that because I'm used to
doing mirror switches, it's no problem for me to stand
anywhere and transfer it to whatever position I'll use
the information in. And I do occasionally switch
directions on my wheel and throw on the left, but only
to give certain muscles a rest.
