Look at it this way...
There is a gal or fellow, in 1982, whose Uncle, in 1967 was a small time
official in some rural district. The Uncle was the second husband of the
previously widowed aunt, so unrelated biologically to the gal or fellow in
question. This gal or fellow we might conjecture, is one of the 'Volenteers'
to-be...
On routine inspections, a representative of the State notices a little dust
on one corner of the picture of chairman Mao. Notes are duly taken...a
Report is filed.
A few days later, skinny guys in army uniforms and jeeps show up and take
the Uncle by the elbows who then gets to spend the rest of his life in
prison, after some perfunctory beatings and torture and questioning and so
on. Various announcements are made in his district or area about how he was
a clandestine enemy of the State, hideing in the guise or pretext of a
villiage perfunctorate of some kind. Of course many people would never have
guessed that for knowing him, but it goes to show you how Rats can hide.
Then, later, say ten years later, r whatever, some minor party official
wishing to justify his job or increase it's rewards, decides to look into
the matter a little more. Did this 'Uncle' not have relatives? Friends? Must
not these enemies of the State be eradicated thoroughly? Like nests of
Rats? - where there is "one" there are likely others. Why was this not done
immediatly!!!!??? More reports are filed...
So, nieces, nephews, sisters, brothers, those rumored to have been 'friends'
or acquaintances, and so on, are rounded up. They too, after routine
beatings rapes and privations, are sentenced to various long terms in
prisons.
The prisons are the investment property of Military officials, (and
investments of the clinton and bush families and walmart also) who utilise
the prisoners any way they like. Free labor for export goods for harbor
freight, sex slaves, medical experiments, cheap Organs for the Transplant
market, whatever. The prisoners are de-facto chattel property of the
respective Military Officials, who also own all the Industry and
Manufacturing and Businesses but for very small outfits or small rural ones.
New uses for prisoners are always emerging...are Kidneys or other LIvers or
Corneas and so on needed for the market in Transplant Organs? easy...they
have plenty to sell. Cadavers for some 'science' exhibit that has particular
requirements? If to be somehow squinted at my the squeamish, of course the
prisoner volenteered, because they care about others and wished to serve
humanity or to atone for their sins.
Every prisoner may be considered beurocratically to be 'suffering' from any
number of incurable or terminal 'diseases', such as having been implicated
by some method or logic, in being deemed an insurrectionist or enemy of the
State in some way. This is merely basic creative thinking, and a way to make
lots of chattel property for Military Business owners and investors also,
and hardly necessary to oblige recourse to a medical technicality otherwise,
or, on paper, it is anything the bosses want it to be...is anything they say
it is.
Whether or not it matters or to whom, what becomes of the dead...seems to me
to fall readily on a continuity in which what happens to the living...but
too, is always the question...of to whom it may matter, and how.
Many people like to say, "Business is for making money..."
Nothing could be more vile...or the only thing more vile, are the realities
such people make of Life, and, of others whom they can have some sayso
about, on one pretext or another. They like to do this usually, from a
distance of course, with 'investments' and portfolios and profits. While
others do it more on the spot in one way or another.
The trend here in america is similar - walmart, the extended clinton and
bush families, and many others are all heavily invested in various ways, in
the future of private work-prisons here in the states.
Companies manufactureing Rail Cars are filling large orders for special
kinds of Cars for prisoner transport. Buses similarly...many things,
elements...abstracts...enormous futures for investors and corporations
managing these things and building them.
On and on...
Things in the Winds...
