I am assuming that you have never had any problems with
centering before and you are a capable thrower. I would
contact the outlet that you purchased the wheel from and
the manufactory (shimpo)
It has been known that sometimes
the shaft or wheel head was not properly machined or processed
properly. Check into that. This would create that type of problem.
