I am moving to a new 1400sf studio space in Gowanus Canal area (3rd St/3rd
Ave). Matchmaker, matchmaker, please help me find a studio mate! Doesn't
have to be a potter, but should be comfortable in a craft artist studio
(read: there is some dust). Electric kiln only. (Jewelers, glass, lampwork,
baskets, polymer, mixed media all welcome. Please no woodwork. Everything
is discuss-able for the right person. THIS IS TRULY A DREAM SPACE.

Available Oct. 1. Space division to be determined with tenant. Legal space
with lease - person must get the nod from the bldg. manager. NO LIVING. NO
SMOKING. Ideal for an afternoon/evening person - I am generally in the
studio early morning until early afternoons, and occasional weekends. Play
your schedule right and you never have to see me at all! ;-) Please
provide references, photos (of description) of your work, and a good
attitude. A smile helps too and sense of fun helps too.
