Here's another example using G-200 my preference in
this case. Expansion can be raised or lowered based on
clay but I am going to hang with the numbers you
presented close as possible. There's more ways to get
there than one or two. This is one for testing as well
and I too would like to know your results.
Try Ron's, try this one and lets see what the results
are. Good fat whites are hard to come by that work
well and melt well at ^6 ox.

15.00 EPK
15.00 Ferro 3124
18.00 Dolomite
4.00 Talc
30.00 Silica
18.00 G-200
______________
100.00 Total
I also calculated in 5% Tin Oxide to take a look
against one of my other glazes with similar chemistry.
Plenty of clay in the bucket here and few soluables
known to be problematic.

If you need the complete analysis I will be most happy
to send it in full to you.
I expect a buttery soft feel.

Bill,
Calcined kaolin has a lower expansion than kaolin :
A-Glomax :
Na2O 0.44 Al2O3 63.43 SiO2 75.83
K2O 0.56 TiO2 1.36
Fe2O3 0.57
Alumina:Silica ratio is 1.00:1.20
Neutral:Acid ratio is 1.00:1.23
Alk:Neut:Acid ratio is 1.00:63.43:77.76
Expansion: 55.1 x 10e-7 per degree C
B-EPK :
Na2O 0.09 Al2O3 36.29 SiO2 75.38
K2O 0.35 P2O5 0.16
MgO 0.24 TiO2 0.46
CaO 0.32 Fe2O3 0.49
Alumina:Silica ratio is 1.00:2.08
Neutral:Acid ratio is 1.00:2.11
Alk:Neut:Acid ratio is 1.00:36.29:76.50
Expansion: 50.4 x 10e-7 per degree C
Maybe replacing all or part of the kaolin by calcined kaolin
could help in lowering the expansion of a glaze containing
this material.
