Pollock-Krasner Foundation Responds to Hurricane Katrina Disaster


Deeply concerned for the welfare of artists affected by Hurricane =
Katrina,
the Pollock-Krasner Foundation is currently accepting emergency requests =
for
grants to professional visual artists, which will be expedited under the
Foundation's guidelines. Artists are encouraged to contact the =
Foundation
for application materials, via phone (212) 517-5400, fax (212) 288-2836, =
or
e-mail at grants@pkf.org. In addition, applications may be downloaded =
from
the Foundation's website at
http://www.pkf.org/grant.html. All requests will be promptly addressed. =
A
completed application form, cover letter, exhibition history and ten =
images
of the artist's work (either slides, as specified on the application =
form,
or photos or jpegs of the work will be accepted) are necessary to =
considered
for the emergency grants.

This being said....I wonder how many of them do have those slides =
available.
I spoke to Brian Nettles yesterday; 20+ years of glaze research is =
washed
away. I've decided my recipes need to get in cyberspace. Not on my =
computer;
in cyberspace.
