I'm new to pottery. Recently I purchased a used wheel and soon after
started classes at our local community college. I love it and really
haven't had any problems centering until today. I took the wheel to a shop
and had holes drilled into it for batts... now I cannot seem to throw
anything. I get it centered but as soon as I start to open it, it just
gets all messed up. Is throwing on batts normally this hard?
