One thing I forgot to mention about throwing tall is wheel speed. As a piece
gets bigger, the speed needs to be slower, but the "bite" you take each time
still needs to be aggressive if you want big pots that aren't heavy as a
brick.
I figure touch is also an issue. You need to push the pots to near collapse
while learning in order to find that limit and recognize it when it is
close. Otherwise, playing it safe results in much less growth than you could
achieve.
