I grind my kiln shelves , i need to flip them once a year. Some of my
shelves warp. Ive bought new kiln shelves from Geil and i dont wash them , i use
Alumina dry using a paint brush.

If i have any runs i grind them off, I broke a kiln shelve chipping off
glaze that a student had glazed.. Still pissed

Grind and please use eye protection
