Hey,
I've had my VL for about 6 months. It does the job well. It has a direct
drive electronic drive and is totally quiet. the only thing I don't like is
at very very slow speeds it stumbles and looses speed before responding when
you clamp down on the clay.

Hi,
I am having a problem with my new wheel. The splash pan will not stay in one
place once I snap the two pieces together; like the Brent wheel. Does anyone
have any suggestions to solve this problem. The wheel is great except for this
little problem.

try rotating the splash pan 180 degrees and then 'lock' into place.
in other words have the largest section close to you so it doesn't get
pushed away from you as you work.
