Hello all,
I have recently purchased an OLD Cress kiln. I am trying to figure out how to use it. It fires to Cone 6. I have found the manuals for the kiln and the sitter but there is no firing schedule. I have done a bisque fire (really just kind of guessed at that) but I am getting ready to do the first glaze fire and don't really want to mess up the whole batch.
So, if any one can help with the firing schedule or guide me in the right direction I would really appreciate the info.
Cheers!

Hi Beth,
How old? Does it have the power wheel on it? and does it have a dial for fast to slow?
How many hours did your kiln take to bisque fire on which settings.
You can email me off list.........
