i get the bloating around my ankles if i eat too much salt.
kurt gets bloating around his ankles too.

any handle on a tea pot can be a pain during cleaning.
i try and have my customers understand that a hand made
tea pot does not have to be washed, scrubbed, brillo'd. and never
microwave in it..ever.
just rinse them out.
let the tannin build

How about Broleggerstrade 13 where I will stay in Copenhagen,
or Gammelskolevej where my cousin lives..Gammel means old, skol, school,
vey, way by the way.
Toungue twisters, am practising. Many of the sounds have to be pronounced
through the back of the throat.

i try to explain not cleaning a teapot to people as well. ;all you need to
do it slosh some water around in it. don't forget about it and leave the
bag/leaves in there. don't let it get moldy. just slosh water around in
it. it'll be fine.

they look at me like i have two heads or are outraged that would suggest
somethign so unsanitary.

*shrug*

one of the reasons why chinese food in a restaurant is so much better than
your attepmts at home is because the restaurant's wok is well seasoned. it
has a little bit of flavor from every dish its ever cooked (at least i
like to think so).

same is true for really good tea.

but some people just don't get it. *scrub* *scrub* *scrub* after looking
at how well black mold grows in my clay in the pacific northwest, threats
of germs just don't bother my so much anymore.
