I would like to drive to Portland's NCECA simply for the convenience
of not having to pack so precisely and to bring along whatever I'd
like, including pots. Yet, when I mention this to family or friends, =
they
tend to get more upset than is warranted, in my not so humble opinion.

IF I go with the driving choice, Shula, you could drive to my house, =
leave
your car here and go with me to Portland. Now, what family member or
friend could object to my driving with my own private RN along for the =
ride??

In the Mojave desert of California where I'm getting ready for the =
latest
visit of baby great-grandson, Joshua. He's seven months now. I tell =
the
westie that Baby Joshua is coming and she jumps up in the air and
twirls. I, too. I'm having a Christmas Eve Eve dinner as a reception =
for
him to meet some friends. I had one in July also which was a Big
Event and much fun. Informal naturally.... when a baby is the Honored
Guest..... what else? Part of the fun.
