Good morning, Clayarters!

This morning I checked my e-mail and found a great Click'N Save notification from Southwest Airlines. There are some fantastically low airfares into Portland being offered right now from all over the country.

For instance, Chicago to Portland- $79.00.
From Spokane- 49.00.

Just a sampling...........For any who have not purchased airfare, or are contemplating driving to save Moolah- I'd check out Southwest's website.
These fares are for internet purchase only.

Hope that helps-

Susan Nebeker

Hi.

I just got this through Clayart. Don't know if you have tickets yet.
I am planning to go to San Antonio for the weekend first-workshop with Tony Clennell- then on to Portland. I am leaving Portland the 12th in the afternoon, because I want to spend some more time looking at exhibits. I did that wrong last year.
Is there any way we could fly at least part of this together? Would be funner.
Maybe i can even get the date straight!

Let me know, ok? Did you have fun in NY? Anything extra interesting?

If I'm wrong, please let me know where you found that, and if I'm right....keep me posted on anything you find!

To clarify my previous post to everyone-
When you go to Southwest's website, look for "internet specials".

The notification is stating that they are accepting reservations for travel through March 31.

These will probably go fast.......... good luck! :)

Thanks for the information, Susan, but it appears the fares haven't changed for the trip between LA (LAX)and Portland - still over $300 round trip. Guess I'll continue to look for chains for my car!

in sunny Redondo Beach, CA
where the temp is supposed to reach around 80 on the first day of winter
