Sometimes the silicon gaskets used to seal pugmill parts to the cylinder
become loose, brittle and fail and draw tiny amounts of air over time. Best
to inspect all areas of the silicon seal for cracks, clean and replace with
silicon caulking recommended by the manufacturer.
Hand wedging the pugs before throwing is very helpful.
