Thankyou for all the responses. I did go online and read a lot about
kaolin. One question among many is the idea of "wetability" that
keeps coming up.
Is one advised to add the kaolin component of a recipe to the water
first to give it a chance to get wet first, or best?
As always, I appreciate the information.
