For all and sundry:

try http://www.ostrich.com first. They seem to have a good selection of
whatever feathered type you desire, in some amazing colors.

I've not used them, as I buy mine wholesale from a local craft store =
that is
a client of ours, but the prices on the website are certainly in the
ballpark.
