I have made a set of canisters for a friend and have been contemplating
not glazing the inside as I made them from porcelain. I fire to cone 10
with the glaze firing and do plan on glazing the outside but figured
that the clay body since it is a cone 8-10 porcelain (turners
porcelain) that the inside would not need to be glazed. From what he
told me he plans to use them as kitchen canisters to hold dry goods in.
Any input appreciated.

I say yes, because the inside of the cannisters will be easier to clean.
