Hey Jesse,
I think that Axner's was printing out of print books a while back. I
bought Alan Craiger-Smith's =93Luster Pottery", which was printed by Gentle
Breeze Publishing. There were no color plates in the book.
You might check with them.
Incidentally, I am still suffering from Xerox lung caused by hours of
breathing in fumes while coping out of print books.
