does anyone have any suggestions for building a wattle and daub kiln? I'm

Steve Mills of Bath Potters Supplies in the UK is the most likely to be able
to help you. He writes to Clayart, so search for his name in the archives at:
http://lsv.ceramics.org/scripts/wa.exe?S1=clayart&D=0 or use Google. He
doesn't have any information online but he did build one at Aberystwyth,
Wales some years ago.

Zevio,

Yes.

We've done it regularly for a few years now. have a look at:

the site is very old and I'm working on updating it, but there is a
reasonable amount of useful stuff there. Have a look and email me off
list with any questions you may have.
The one thing you must start with is good springy green hazel for the
main structural ribs; nothing else is strong enough. The total weight of
the Daub on the frame can reach plus half a ton!
