I am firing greenware, with some underglazed greenware. Can I stack my
greenware or do I need to treat the underglazed wares like glazed wares? We
bisque to cone .06 and glaze fire to Cone 5

George, I was waiting to see if someone with more excellent knowledge would
answer. But from my experience as an art teacher, I would say to treat them
somewhat closer to glazed items. The underglaze coat can be damaged -
brushed or or nicked off or rubbed off. Occasionally I had the underglaze
peel off of a few student pots when I fired this way too.

Before firing, I would wait for other responses - but I would not treat it
like plain greenware.
