Since I didn't have enough glaze to dip, I poured the inside, sloshed
it out and as soon as it dried enough that I could put my hand
inside, poured the outside, a matter of probably ten to twenty seconds.

I always wash my bisqued pots in a bucket of clean water and let them
dry before glazing. When I see all the stuff that settles out in the
bottom of the bucket it convinces me to keep doing it.
Which part of my glazing method might lead to the pebbly surface on
the inside of the bowl?
Thanks again, Lou
