There is only one article by Lenore Vanderkooi listed in the online index
for "Ceramics Monthly." It doesn't seem the type of article that would have
glaze recipes in it, though.

However, there are two articles listed for Lenore Vanderkooi in the online

I note that the second article was published in a "CM Supplement." This
seems the most likely possibility, since "CM" (or perhaps "Ceramics
Monthly") is in the title.
Note too, that the article referred to commences on Page 19.
