The Pottery Making Illustrated that you are looking for was actually a
supplement to Ceramics Monthly Jan. 94. I believe it was a test case to see
how the publication (PMI) would be accepted.
Since Richard Aerni has already supplied the glazes, you may not need the
article but it is always interesting to read.
