Hay Crew,
Took a look out the other day and I couldn't believe my eyes.

Had to rummage through some bags of papers for tax prep and finally came
across some prints and a roll of film I had not put to CD so I could add
them to the shots of the kiln built for the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts by
Jeff Cline and Paul Flickenger in 2000. They include early
construction, Yana Hanka doing her blessing magic, and preheating with a
makeshift pignose. Shots are from two firings combined; seems to make
sense though. Sure would be nice to know if they are still firing once in
a while. I'd love to stop by and help when I make another road trip down
below to fetch some more raw materials. I think I'm supposed to get some
vacation time from Wal-Mart after one year and that was today. It ain't
been easy for this recluse but I ain't gonna get drunk over it. Enjoy the
show and stay in there!
