"ohio state white" - got recipe?

Hi -

Been off Clayart for a little while while I finish
my MFA - just had my thesis defense this morning.

Anyway...A visiting faculty member (a painter) has been
trying her hand at ceramics for the first time, and is
in the middle of a big project that didn't get finished
by the end of the term. It's bisqued, though, and needs
to get glazed. She tested our shop white glaze, and
planned to use it on her piece, but...

The whole department has basically been packed up to
move into the brand new building, and this includes the
glazes and the shop's recipe book. The only things not
packed up yet are the kilns and the bulk raw materials.
So...

The recipe we've been using has been variously called
'Ohio State White' and 'White-to-Tan'. No luck with the
archives tonight. Anyone have a recipe for this stuff,
so I can make more glaze for this person? (I said I'd
help if I could.)

Alternatively - it would actually be better to have a
recipe that DOESN'T break to tan - something that looks
like a basic smooth sanitary-ware glaze, suitable for
going over white ^6 stoneware.

Yeah, I hate it, too, when somebody (me, in this case)
wants a glaze recipe like it'll solve all their problems,
but I just need to get this person's project fired before
the kilns get dismantled next week. So, any help at all
would be gratefully appreciated!
