for clearing that up for me, I was
wondering if there was something about
glaze or something that I didnt know,
because I saw some pretty good looking
dinner sets for sale so
I picked them up and deduced that
they were low fired earthenware and
the places on the bottoms of the feet
where there was no glaze seemed to be
porous, and I had heard that
that was a 'no-no' for tablewear ,
so I was just checking to see if
I missed anything,
and so I guess low fire
is just not really 'for' the table anymore,
and as far as cooking on it or in it, I would
think that would have to be
approached in a
very certain way to
consider its porosity,
