Hi all,
I seem to have missed the first salvos in this latest generic trashing
of lowfire work....but I did catch Jon Pacini's eloquent defense.
Do people really think that Linda Arbuckle's marvelous earthenware
leaks all over peoples' furniture? Do you assume nobody uses it?
Never mind that I make my living making earthenware.....I use my own
stuff and nothing has ever leaked. I have never gotten any report of
such an event and you know I would have heard about it.
I haven't done anything magical, just use quality materials and do a
careful job. I do stilt my work but I did that at cone 10 a lot too, it is
an aesthetic decision, not a necessity.
