yes, earl and craig.
dry slow.
and before you bisque fire your pots, place them
on top of the kiln and use the waste heat to pre/heat
your bone dry pots.
they never crack.
and, you have put to final use that heat from your kiln.
i never, never fire an electric kiln that does not have
a load of dry pots on top. (and that bisque kiln is 40 years
old...and the top has never cracked a bit. heavy pots on the rim
lite pots stacked in the middle...pyramid style.)
