I attended Paul Lewing's Glaze Chemistry workshop this past weekend in
Ingram, TX. Wow, did that clear away a lot of the fog standing in the
way of my understanding of glazes! Paul's presentation was light,
gentle and well prepared. Today those recipe sheets from my copy of
Glaze Master have a LOT more information in them than they had last
week! And, of course, Paul emphasized the importance of TESTING, but
now I feel better prepared to get something out of all the testing of
glazes I have done and will do. Thanks Paul, a great workshop. And
the Hill Country Arts Foundation provided a great setting for the
workshop.
