I had a LOT of trouble with my pedal, for a LONG time. I actually had ti=
mes where you couldn't completely shut off the wheel, it would just keep =
turning even with the pedal pressed down. I fooled around with the littl=
e dials in the pedal over and over and over... Finally, had a little epi=
phany and tried loosening those outside bolts that hold the housing of th=
e pedal on, just a bit. Eureka! My adjustment problem went permanently =
away! I suspect they just overtighten stuff in the factory. C. A. Sange=
