Several asked for Karin Hurt's website url. Here it is.

AND many asked about Biofreeze. I'm reading from the container
here. It's not magic but can help in heat/cold therapy.

Biofreeze is: "Cryotherapy. The Cold Method. Pain Relieving
Spray." (I use the spray but have used the roller ball or the
cream form.) "Formulated for authorized distribution through
Hands-On health professionals for the patients, clients and
athletes under their care." "deep, penetrating , long-lasting
pain relief from arthritis, sore muscles and joints, back pain."

That's it! I have no vested interest in this company nor the
distribution of its products. Hmmmm perhaps I should look into
their stock etc .... kidding.

clothes in the dryer, and head out to studio. What a joy!

Joyce and all,
Biofreeze and Sombra (a similar cream) are available at Julstro.com, which is an interesting web site. Here is a link.

I have just had my first experience with Rolfing and I am convinced that it is worth the high price of at least the first session. I have been chasing after a chronic sacrum to piriformis pain involving arthritis among other things. I have tried chiropractic, physical therapies, antiinflammatories, biofreeze, massage, yoga. I had one session with a rolfer last week and the pain that has nagged at me is mostly gone! I am hopeful that it will help with the arthritis in my thumbjoints.
