Hi everyone,
Not trying to express some shameless promotion here but here it goes:
A number of folks have emailed me off list with questions regarding the lighting set up I sell, digital cameras, etc. Here is a thought, If anyone would like to host a workshop, I could cover all of these things and more. I have a possible space I could rent in Minneapolis also which would be cheaper for folks to fly into where I could host the workshop.
The workshop is an actual shoot where folks bring work, have it photographed and discussed in terms of lighting, pre and post shooting photo touchup, etc. It also includes a digital slide show and overview of all things digital, cameras, etc. and a live photoshop editing of participant's work. For more information, go to: http://tonyferguson.net/workshops.htm There you will see examples from my workshops of artist's work that was shot during the workshop and the full workshop description.
Anyway, if anyone is interested, I don't think Karen Terpstra, Neil Moss or Tom Coleman would mind offering any comment on the value of what I teach in the workshop and in turn what you will be able to do yourself after the workshop.
Take care,
Tony Ferguson

Tony's workshop sounds like a bargain. If it gives you the
skills to shoot your own slides for the rest of your career,
imagine how much money you will save.
Sincerely,

Hi Tony I'm a member of the Cl;ay guild of the Eastern shore, (covers VA, DE, and MD) We'd like to explore a possible workshop here. In addition, I think the RehobothArt League would be interested in holding such a workshop. Hopefully you could do both over a week end. Let me kinow what you think, how your calendar looks, and the costs for such a workshop.
Sincerely
