Hi Linda, all,
This is a good idea...
...and it might be worth expanding it even, just a
little...
While one is there asking about Scales, one can
also ask about Yachts, Lawn Mowers, Rolexes, Speed
Boats on Trailers, Computers,
Townhouses, old Jewelry, Cement Mixers,
Beanie-Babys, Corvettes, Uzies, AK47s,
Toaster-Ovens, Post-it Note Pad Bulk-Packs,
Glocks, 10
Speeds, Peterbuilt Tractor Trailer outfits, Beta
or
VHS Tape machines, a Comb, Measureing Beakers,
8-Track players for one's Car, Sewing Notions or
small Jars of Buttons, a Mr. Coffee ( with the
filter pack, even if generic) , you know, all
the other
sorts odds-and-ends of stuff that get
confiscated...
Worth a try anyway, especially if there is a nice
groove-thing already happenning on the 'Scales'
question...be easy then to just deftly slip in a
few more items for the 'Shopping List' just in
case they are feeling amenible to just go-ahead
and toss in a few more
things just for fun, and, to make a little more
room there in the back-storage area...
All that stuff is really tedious for them to dust
and so
on, or to trip over when looking for where they
keep the Light Bulbs or something, and usually
they would be glad to see it go...
Love,
Phil
