The last time I was in Tokyo (well everytime I am in Tokyo) I go to the
Tokyu Hands store (I think it is in Shinjuku). They have all kinds of
hobby stuff including clay and tools (I was the complete line of Kemper
tools there - incase you want to pay even more for an RB -3). They
have some of the coolest plastic models there.
I love Japanese hardware stores. I hope to find a hardware store in
China this fall when I am there.

Just go to any Ace Hardware store in the US.
98% of what is in there comes from China.
But, of course, it will all be labeled in English.
