I recently had a misfire on a glaze cycle. The error was due to the cone =
setting of .06 rather than cone 6.
Can I refire to cone 6 without any problems or are the glazed pieces =
shot.

Certainly you can- your misfiring was like another bisque firing. This is
also an opportunity to add some thinned glaze washes, or overglaze brushwork
to a few pots that you feel free to experiment with. You might get some
interesting effects.
