Hi Folks,
I'm moving to AZ, so I'm selling my place in western Oregon, including a 1600 sq ft home, a 1200 sq ft shop and 300 sq ft of ceramic studio with a ^10 gas-fired kiln. Take a look at http://www.kayodesign.com/house-for-sale/. The new place is under construction in McGuireville, AZ, about 15 miles from Sedona, so we're moving as soon as the OR place sells. I wanted to give other ceramic artists first shot at it.

I'd like to amend my previous posting offering our home, shop, and studio for sale. The gas kiln is no longer part of the deal because we are uncomfortable with potential liability issues, so I'm moving the kiln to AZ. I need to rebuild it a bit anyhow.
