Pottery Studio in New York City is looking for a part time Studio Manger Immediately.
Small Teaching Studio in Chelsea seeks experienced potter for day to day studio operation; flexible 20 hours; 4-5 days/week. Excellent organizational skills & basic computer skills required(Microsoft word, Excel and Quickbooks). Electric kiln & glaze mixing knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Overall studio maintenance;
Ordering supplies;
Set and publish class schedules;
Public relations;
Interviewing and recommending teaching staff;
Training, hiring and scheduling studio assistants;
Light financial/bookkeeping; and
Registering students.
