i stand corrected.

remember:
i did said `loaded`.
what is the amount of paper in your paper clay?

and my reference was to `home made` as i thought
that is what the thread was about.

Howard,
I am glad you spoke up. I did a workshop with Rosette at Wesleyan
Potters in Middleton, Ct. a few weeks ago I sure don't feel qualified to
speak on it at this time. All the information was really new to the group
and such an exciting change for us. We loved the way it could be sculpted
but didn't get the opportunity to do any firing, which I feel will be the
best test! We are now all working in out own studios and experiencing this
new material. It surely is a new and exciting thing and we have a lot to
learn. I look forward to my "down" time in January so I can experiment and
play with this in a much more concentrated way. I was thinking of
forwarding these messages to Rosette so she could have the opportunity to
comment. If she writes it will be a great contribution to all.
Diane

I am not allowed to reveal any manufacturing details. Rosette Gault is a
much better spokesperson for the scientific details. She has devoted much
of her life to studying paper clay and she has written several excellent
books on the subject. I heard from her today, and I suspect she will make a
more concrete contribution to this discussion.
