Hi Clayarters,
Showing a bit of history as I just saw where three of my very early birds
are on eBay. Item number: 150039698303. I was looking at the center bird
which has the most beautiful burgundy glaze on it. No breaking on edges,
but really a rich color. Wish I could remember the glaze, however I fired
it in my Alpine Gas Kiln back in the 1960's before we moved to Charlevoix.
The other two have interesting glazes as well and I have no idea of the
recipe.
