found: latex resist without ammonia

I have been using a water base latex called Goodrich Latex for latex
resist on my pots lately. Laguna sells it as a mold making
latex. It is a little more expensive than the ammonia base latex,
but not having to deal with ammonia aggravating my asthma makes it a
super deal.

I have also found that it dilutes easily with water, and can be
applied in bands on the pot with a small short nap roller.

It's good stuff. Throw out the ammonia and breathe easier.

I get mine from Seatle too. Works sweet.
I've also used some from some place in Minnesota, maybe the same people that
do the Potters Pads.
Worked great too.

Charlie, I use latex a good bit and am will be happy to switch to an
ammonia free latex. Does it pretty much work the same as the "old" latex
resist does? Cure time? Ease of peeling? I have always used a brush for
application. Does it apply well with a brush?
Thank you,

Hi Craig,

In my opinion, it works the same or better in every case you
mentioned. It does not cure clear. It cures to white.
