Ah, well. The School for American Craftsmen has changed since my day, but
the RIT clay program remains top-notch.
The Rochester Institute of Technology has a psychology program, and
moreover, because the National Technical Institute for the Deaf is at the
Rochester Institute of Technology RIT would provide rather special and
unusual programs--crossover or not--for someone interested both in
psychology and clay.
Rochester is a great city. It has a fine University besides RIT, it offers
many cultural benefits. The winters are harsh, the area is beautiful. The
city works well. Also: Rochester is within shouting distance of Toronto, a
great cultural resource. I also think Rochester is pretty affordable.

Do check it out.
CLAIMER: (the opposite of disclaimer?) I went to school at SAC, I have
friends in Rochester, fond memories, and like the place. I love Upstate New
York, which a friend refers to as the "great undiscovered part of the
country." I have no commercial or financial interest....Duh.
