Dear KIM:
Fret not. I ordered mine before October [August/] and was told it would be
available in October, then November, then DECEMBER. It finally arrived the
first week in January.
As to the price, I just called them and talked to them and they assured me I
would be billed at the original price I ordered it at. i'll let you know
what actually gets billed to my credit card.
