Brent wheel are pretty easy to adjust. You will need to take the four screws
out of the foot pedal cover and then you will see two circles that adjust
the speed of your wheel. One is for the fast speeds and the other is for the
slow speeds. Slowly adjust with the wheel for the slow speeds and you will
be able to make it stop. I can never remember whether it is clock wise or
counter clockwise but it is pretty obvious when you are going the wrong way
(it goes faster). Make sure you don't go too far where it will no longer
have a fast speed. Once you have it adjusted and are happy with it put
together and be careful to not slam the foot pedal because that is part of
what makes them not stop.
