I have been dealing with Axner only recently but so far I am happy with
the support and help bot Howard and his staff have provided.
I asked for details for wiring for my new kiln, got it in less than
an hour. Asked for
advice on the super kilns, got detailed info and advice from Howrad
himself. Had
further conversions with him regarding my intentions. The staffer,
Rosanne has
been great. I dealt with someone earlier who was temporarily handling
phone orders
but went up front. Rosanne has handled my order, shipping
arrangements, etc. I have no complaints.
Also, Joe Pancini at Laguna has also helped me when I needed or asked
for help. There are
some good folks out there doing their best to accommodate people.

I recently had some problems with Axner. I ordered a slab roller after Christmas and one of the boxes came damaged. I was missing my hardware and two of the legs were damaged. I have just recently gotten all the parts I needed. I found it frustrating getting an answering machine every time I called customer service. It took about a week each time to get a chance to talk to a real person. The problem is solved now though. Barb
